Our juices are available from the Health Hub café or via our 'press to desk' service, which delivers 100% organic cold-pressed juices direct to your place of work so you can enjoy a healthy start to your day.
Kids
We offer regular after-school classes and a Food Explorers' Club. Children can get involved in activities that focus on healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way.
Baby
A weekly advice and social day on Thursdays for parents in which we bring together a range of classes, services and therapies to support your baby’s health and wellbeing.
Therapy
Established in 1981 and the first of its kind in the country, the Natural Health Clinic is a renowned centre of excellence. The best from the best! The clinic offers a detailed and bespoke consultation service developed by our clinical directors.
